The Ellipse Folding Utensil Set makes far more sense for campsite cooking than minimalist backpacking, but within that niche it is thoughtfully put together. The telescopic tongs are the standout piece for me, giving enough reach and control for frying or moving hot cookware without feeling flimsy. I also like that the folding ladle and spatula pack down neatly into the supplied pouch rather than rattling loose around a cook kit.
At 154g it is not aimed at ultralight hikers, and the folding joints will never feel quite as solid as fixed utensils. Best suited to campers, DofE groups and campsite cooking setups where proper meals are part of the trip.
