5 Minutes to Delhi offers a range of dehydrated Indian curries and rice dishes, with plenty of flavour and warming spice.
These aren’t typical add-water-to-the-pouch camping meals. You’ll need to rehydrate them in a pot or another suitable container. They’re also lower in calories than a standard hiking meal, so we’d recommend pairing a curry with one of the rice dishes or adding bread for a more substantial dinner.

| STAFF'S TASTE TEST - Plenty of flavour, with aromatic spices and a strong chilli kick. It’s very spicy, so best suited to those who enjoy a bit of heat. We’d use slightly less water than suggested for a thicker consistency, but it makes a warming, flavourful dinner on the trail. |
