Our Verdict
The Gregory Border Easy Cabin 28L measures 45 × 36 × 20cm, making full use of easyJet’s stated cabin dimensions (other airlines are available) without simply shrinking a conventional rucksack. I particularly like the large U-shaped opening, which gives easy access to the main compartment and makes packing clothes or cubes far less awkward than digging through a top-loader.
Organisation is well judged, with a 15-inch laptop sleeve, internal organiser, quick-access top and front pockets, plus two external bottle pockets. At 728g, it also feels reasonably light considering the padded shoulder straps, sternum strap and substantial 600D recycled polyester construction.
