Our Verdict
At 557g (Medium), the Fjällräven Bergtagen 60 Insulation Jacket is a robust synthetic jacket. It is heavier than many 60g synthetic jackets. The more substantial Pertex outer and full mountain feature set make that easier to justify. The PrimaLoft Silver sheet insulation gives consistent warmth across the jacket and continues to insulate when damp.
The Regular fit leaves room for layering without feeling excessively bulky.
