Our Verdict
The Montane Dart Nano T-Shirt uses the same lightweight APEX Lite recycled polyester fabric as before. Still, the fit has changed from Montane’s old Trim Fit to a more relaxed, women-specific Regular Fit, giving more room for airflow and making the shirt less restrictive without changing what already worked well.
At just 64g (UK 12), there is very little fabric to hold moisture or trap heat. That makes it particularly effective in warm conditions, where quick drying and breathability matter more than insulation. Flatlocked seams keep the construction comfortable beneath a rucksack, while Polygiene treatment helps control odour over repeated use.
